29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:   a) Perimeter of Building - Ground Floor: Employees engaged in masonry activities were exposed to impalement hazards as they worked approximately 30 feet over uncapped and or improperly capped  reinforcement rebar, on or about 4/30/19
