29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. Location:2101 91st St North Bergen, NJ 07047 - production floor a) On or about 06/13/2019 a worker was injured when reaching into Tunnel #2 washing machine to remove linen caught inside. During the procedure the machine remained in operation with the linen striking and injuring the employee's hand. The worker was not provided training in machine specific isolation procedures associated with this operation. Condition noted on or about 06/13/2019

During the procedure the machine remained in operation with the linen striking and injuring the employee's hand. The employee failed to follow the machine specific energy control procedure in order to properly isolate the machine. Condition noted on or about 06/13/2019
