29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Outside Production Area: On or about June 19, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards while working on a refrigeration skid containing Anhydrous Ammonia without the implementation of a respiratory program to address key issues such as, but not limited to, training, fit testing, and medical evaluation for employees required to use 3M Full Facepiece respirators.
