29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. The employees were exposed to a lack of safe means of egress in the event of an emergency. In the storage warehouse, workers unboxing and hanging apparel did not have the required 28 inches wide exit path that would allow access to an exit door. One of the means of egress was restricted to only 20 inches wide and the only other possible exit path was blocked with boxes.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": The employees were exposed to injury in the event of an emergency. The employees working in the exchange service facility were in danger of being trapped in an emergency situation. In the outdoor fenced area, an exit door was not marked with any signage to indicate its use as an exit.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: The employees were exposed to caught-in hazards. The employees working in the storage warehouse operating the conveyor belt were exposed to ingoing nip points. The end of the conveyor belt had nip points located on both sides where the belt wrapped around the rollers and was not guarded.
