29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a. On or about April 30, 2019 at 13810 Amblewind Cove Way, Fort Myers, FL, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization in the evening of April 30, 2019. The employer notified OSHA on May 2, 2019 at 11:50 A.M. of in-patient hospitalization.
