29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: On or about March 30, 2019, at the north section of the jobsite, an employee suffered an electrical shock when the rebar that he was installing made contact with an overhead power line. The employee was hospitalized for treatment and the employer failed to report the incident to the Agency.
