29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a.  On or about June 19, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using a pneumatic nail guns did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about June 19, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, twenty-four (24) feet six (6) inches. above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
