29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about June 20, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections for safety hazards such as but not limited to; fall hazards, rough terrain forklift hazards and no eye protection. Employees were exposed to these and other hazards at the commercial property under construction.
