Vitro Flat Glass, LLC, - On or about 6/20/19, and times prior thereto: Employees worked with and around corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, acid The emergency eyewash/shower station (plumbed) was not in compliance with ANSI/ISEA 358.1-2014 for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment in that: 1. Weekly visual inspections of the eyewash station and shower were not conducted. 2. The emergency eyewash unit was not activated weekly to verify proper operation.
