29 CFR 1910.1026(i)(4)(ii): The employer did not ensure that surface chromium (VI) was removed from protective clothing and equipment by methods that did not disperse chromium (VI) into the air or onto an employee's body: (a) Chrome Plating Department: On or about June 19, 2019 the employer did not have methods in place to remove surface hexavalent chromium from employees' work clothing prior to entering the lunch room on site.
