29 CFR 1910.36(d)(2): Exit route doors were not free of a device or alarm that could restrict emergency use of the exit route if the device or alarm fails: On or about 6/21/2019, between the CNC table and DeWalt chop saw on the back wall, where the emergency exit door was locked in two (2) places with slide bolts, exposing workers to potential smoke inhalation and burn hazards where the door could not be immediately opened with one motion.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about 6/21/2019, at areas including but not limited to the CNC Table area, employees engaged in the manufacturing of garage doors were exposed to hazards associated with the accumulation of combustible dust on floors and walls. Voyles Overhead Doors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 13454100, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/11/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1085 Parkway Industrial Park Drive Buford, GA 30518.
