OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a. On or before June 13, 2019, the employer failed to provide, and require employees to use, a safety rated rope grab as part of the fall arrest system. b. On or before June 13, 2019, the employer failed to ensure ropes used as part of a Rope Descent System were marked or tagged with the length and diameter, date of manufacture, and date placed in service.
