29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(2): More than 120 gallons of Category 2, 3, or 4 flammable or combustible liquids in containers were located outside of inside storage room(s) or storage cabinet(s):  On or about June 21, 2019, in the warehouse next to the weighing area, where more than 120 gallons of isopropyl alcohol and ethyl alcohol were stored, exposing employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container being electrically interconnected:  This violation was discovered on June 21, 2019, in the weighing room, where employees dispensed category 2 flammable liquids, 99% proof isopropyl alcohol and 200 proof ethyl alcohol, from 55 gallon drums into smaller containers and the nozzle and container were not electrically interconnected.

29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  This violation was discovered on June 21, 2019, in the production area, where the employer allowed employees to use Honeywell full face elastomeric respirators without providing those employees a medical evaluation to determine the employee's fitness to wear a respirator.
