SAVE: 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) On or about June 19,2019, the employer. Mc. Donald's Boswelli did not ensure exit routes were kept clear and kept from being obstructed. During the morning delivery phase Mc. Donald's uses the back storage room to house delivery shipments which is in the direct way of the emergency exit located to the right of the storage rack system.
