On or about June 21, 2019 one employee installing truss blocking, on a second 1 story, 5:12 pitch residential house on the same lot as noted above, were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, exposing employees to 9-foot 4 inch fall hazard.
