29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(iv): Examination. Electric equipment shall be free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Safety of equipment shall be determined using the following considerations: Electrical insulation: On or about June 13, 2019 the insulation on the flexible cord for the Cobra NP180 battery charge was frayed and exposed employees to a shock and/or fire hazard.
