Superior Plastering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1292560, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 17, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 312 Vin Marvella, El Paso, TX 79912

On or about June 21, 2019 an employee was exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 feet due to inadequacies in their fall protection training. Superior Plastering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.503(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1292560, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 17, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 312 Vin Marvella, El Paso, TX 79912 .
