29 CFR 1926.62(h)(1): "All surfaces shall be maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead". a. On or about June 27, 2019 at the job site at 1031 Maryland Ave Sheboygan, WI, the employer did not maintain all surfaces as free as practicable of lead accumulations. Employees were exposed to levels of 4016.7 micrograms/ft2 as measured with a wipe sample taken on the floor at the entrance to the fourth floor. b. On or about June 27, 2019 at the job site at 1031 Maryland Ave Sheboygan, WI, the employer did not maintain all surfaces as free as practicable of lead accumulations. Employees were exposed to levels of 379.89 micrograms/ft2 as measured with a wipe sample taken on the desk surface under the iPad on the fourth floor. c. On or about June 27, 2019 at the job site at 1031 Maryland Ave Sheboygan, WI, the employer did not maintain all surfaces as free as practicable of lead accumulations. Employees were exposed to levels of 1,324.8 micrograms/ft2 as measured with a wipe sample taken on the floor of the lunchroom.
