29 CFR 1910.145(f)(3): Tags were not used as a means to prevent accidental injury or illness to employees who were exposed to hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions, equipment or operations which were out of the ordinary, unexpected or not readily apparent. Trailer Yard: On or about June 24, 2019 tags were not used on dry van trailers in need of repair to prevent employees from accessing or using damaged equipment. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
