29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: The employer is failing to protect employees from falls while performing roofing activities on commercial structures. This was most recently observed at 9141 S 78th St, Lincoln, Nebraska on June 25, 2019 when employees were observed working on a roof with a 12:12 pitch and an eave height over 12' and they were not using fall protection.
