29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(3)(i): The employer did not conduct daily monitoring that was representative of the exposure of each employee who was assigned to work within a regulated area who was performing Class I or II work, where the employer pursuant to (f)(2)(iii) of this section, had not made a negative exposure assessment for the entire operation: On or about May 1, 2019, employees were engaged in Class 1 and Class II asbestos removal activities while working on the second floor of the Springfield Memorial Medical Center and the employer had not conducted daily monitoring since a negative exposure assessment was not made for the entire operation.
