29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. On or about June 20th, 2019, at 2060 Coolidge St., Hollywood FL 33020, an employee was exposed to a 34-feet fall hazard while working from an aerial lift without using fall protection. The employee was in the process of installing stucco on a commercial building. Haig & Haig Stucco Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1041584, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06-09-2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1532 SE 12th St., Fort Lauderdale FL 33316.
