29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Facilities Shop: Employees poured corrosive chemicals, including, but not limited to, bleach, and an appropriate emergency eyewash was not immediately accessible in the work area, as discovered on or about 06/26/2019. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED ABATEMENT NOTE: An appropriate emergency eyewash shall meet the requirements of ANSI Z358.1.
