Scaffold frames and cross bracing were used as a means of access. Location: a) Supported scaffold on the northeast exterior side of the jobsite: On or about 06/24/2019, employees climbed the scaffold frames and cross bracing as a mean of access from the fourth tier platform of a four-tier-high supported scaffold to the ground level.
