29 CFR 1910.243(a)(2)(i): Constant pressure switch(es) or control(s) which would shut off the power when pressure is released were not provided. Work Area near B5 Pole and PIV Staging Area: The on/off switch on the Milwaukee 7 1/4 inch Tilt Lock hand saw was tied with a plastic tie to keep it on the on position in which disabled its function. Employees were exposed to electrical and amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Work Area near B5 Pole and PIV Staging Area: An orange extension cord was used to energize a re-locatable power strip that had a Milwaukee hand saw and heavy duty industrial HEPA vacuum plugged into it in lieu of fixed wiring and employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
