Location: 85 Harrison St., Dover, NJ.   On or about 6/18/19;    a) An employee working alone on a Winder Machine was permitted to enter the "caution area" of the machine to remove  plastic from the machine's rolls.  As per the Winder operations manual, section C, page 8; "When anyone places any part of the body within the caution area, one man is to stand by the emergency stop button".  As a result, the employee received injuries to various parts of his body when he was caught in between the machine's rolls.
