At the jobsite located at 5407 Falmouth Rd. Fairway, KS: Employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to struck-by and fall hazards while working without hard hats while under other employees and working from heights greater than 6 feet above a lower level. Employees were exposed in that the employer had not developed and maintained a written comprehensive safety and health program which addressed these and other hazards.
