29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) Jobsite- 4489 Ohio River Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about June 26, 2019, employees working of a steep sloped roof were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 15-20 feet from the ground to the eave of the roof.
