29 CFR 1910.176(b): Bags, containers, bundles., etc, stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked, or limited in height so that they were stable and secured against sliding:  On or about June 24, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that loads being bundled together, palletized and then placed into a semi tractor trailer for delivery to various stores for unloading were stacked securely in order to prevent accidental sliding and/or falling of the materials. During the instance on June 11, 2019, an unsecured load (3 levels high) of charcoal and metal gas grills toppled over and fell onto an employee, trapping him beneath the fallen materials.
