29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a. On or about June 25, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.
