At the jobsite located between 3111 &3121 W. 43rd Ave Kansas City, Kansas:  Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to stuck-by and fall hazards while working without hard hats while under other employees and working from heights greater than 6 feet above a lower level.  Employees were exposed in that the employer had not developed and maintained a written comprehensive safety and health program which addressed these and other hazards.

At the jobsite located between 3111-3121 W. 43rd Ave. Kansas City, Kansas:  Employees engaged in residential framing activities, walking the top plates, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet 5 inches from the top plate of the first level of the residence to the interior of the structure and approximately 14 feet 3 inches to the exterior ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.
