29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On June 27, 2019, and at times prior employees were exposed to an approximant 9 foot fall hazard while on a roof installing shingles without the benefit of fall protection at 3936 Clairmont Road in Bismarck, North Dakota.
