29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2)(i): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices:   (a)    NOAA Spokane Weather Forecast Office located at 2601 N. Rambo Road Spokane, WA;  On or about June 26, 2019 and time prior;  Electronics Shop;  The employer did not have a Caution Lead sign to alert employees of the presence of lead when soldering with lead containing solder.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):  (a)    NOAA Spokane Weather Forecast Office located at 2601 N. Rambo Road Spokane, WA;  On or about June 26, 2019 and time prior;  The employer did not have safety data sheets for all the different types of solder including but not limited to:  Alpha metals solder, P&D Metals & Chemicals Solder, Radio Shack Rotts lead free solder, Desoldering Braid, and Waterflow 2000 Water soluble paste flux in the Electronics Shop.
