29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) (a) On or about June 25, 2019, in the detailing department of the workplace at N88 W14167 Main St, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051, detailers were exposed to various hazardous chemicals, including acids and toluene. Safety Data Sheets were not maintained and readily accessible during each work shift to employees using hazardous chemicals while detailing vehicles as part of their normal work duties.
