29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level where leading edges are under construction, but who was not engaged in the leading edge work, was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   On or about June 28, 2019, and employee was observed working on balcony's edge without any type of fall protection system in place. This condition expose employees to fall hazards from heights greater than 6 feet.

This condition exposed employees to health hazards.  -
