On or about June 28, 2019, employees performing plaster activities worked on a scaffold that used split and damaged planks. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about June 28, 2019 employees performing masonry work were observed on a residential roof without any type of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet. JFM Enterprises was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1364519, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/09/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 7755 De Alava, Vinton, TX 79821.
