On or about June 28, 2019 at the above addressed jobsite, employees were using pneumatic nail guns and were not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to hazards associated with eye injuries. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9.6 feet due to using an "A" frame ladder in the same manner as a straight ladder. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
