OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck by hazard: a) Weld Shop: The Jet HDT series manual trolley, used to suspend and move a 2 ton CM hoist, was subject to side pull or load and failed causing the hoist and trolley to fall from the overhead bridge beam, on or about June 11, 2019. Abatement Certification Required.
