29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Warehouse, Building 8185 Webster Field, PAX River Naval Annex - On or about June 27, 2019 Eagle Systems Inc. did not have a written hazard Communication program where products which contained hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate were used as part of the packing foam system. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Warehouse, Building 8185 Webster Field, PAX River Naval Annex - On or about June 27, 2019 where employees were required to work with products that contained hazardous chemicals that included but was not limited to 4,4'-Diphenylmethane diisocyanate, the employer did not provide hazard communication training. In acccordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
