29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) 1651 Popps Ferry Rd, Biloxi, MS 39532 - On or about June 27, 2019 while performing work from the top of framed wall approximately 10 feet above lower surface without the use of fall protection, employees were exposed to fall hazards.
