29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) ASSEMBLY AREA: Employees were required to wear N-95 half mask respirators when painting and the employer has not implemented a respiratory protection program that includes fit testing, proper use and maintenance, training and medical evaluations; exposing employees to inhalation hazards from the improper use and maintenance of respiratory protection.
