Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy in Kissimmee, FL, an employee was exposed to a 25-foot fall hazard while cutting branches on a tree off a Nifty TM-40 aerial lift without a fall arrest system such as harness and a lanyard or a safety belt and a positioning device on or about 06/20/2019.
