29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: Maintenance Bay - The work rest installed on the Ryobi 8-inch bench grinder was not properly adjusted to prevent the work from being jammed between the wheel and work rest which may cause wheel breakage. The work rest measured 3/8 inch away from the wheel on the left side.

The tongue guard measured 1/2-inch from the wheel on the left and right side.
