29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about July 1, 2019, on the roof of a residential structure under construction located at 885 Bent Creek Drive in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet when performing caulking work from the roof of a structure while not being protected from falling to the lower level.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   On or about July 1, 2019, on site of a residential structure under construction located at 885 Bent Creek Drive in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet when performing caulking work from the roof of a residential structure under construction prior to being provided with training that would enable him to recognize the hazards associated with falls.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):   On or about July 1, 2019, on site of a residential structure under construction located at 885 Bent Creek Drive in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, an employee was using a chemical including but not limited to Sherwin-Williams 950A Siliconized Acrylic Latex Caulk while the employer did not maintain the safety data sheets for that product at the worksite.
