The last documented periodic inspections on the Urban and Joseph Saws was 8/5/2014, and the Tiger Stop equipment was 3/13/2017. The Magnolia Windows & Doors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1264736, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/6/2017, with respect to a workplace located at1000 Pyratich Drive, Baldwin, GA.
