29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) East side of roof, north end, on or about 7-1-19: Three employees were working on a sloped roof, 4:12 pitch, and were not protected from falls, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet 8 inches to the ground below. FILIPS HOME REMODELING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR A SUBSTANTIALLY SIMILAR OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1116389, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001, ISSUED ON 1-20-16, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2324 EAST GENESEE STREET, SYRACUSE NY, 13210.
