29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: (a) CVS construction site at 254 Dogwood Drive: On July 1, 2019 and times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to head hazards from falling dirt from the bucket of a excavator that they were working near while setting up drain box and aligning pipes for storm water drainage.
