29 CFR 1910.1200(b)(4)(ii): In work operations where employees only handled chemicals in sealed containers which were not opened under normal conditions of use, the employer did not maintain copies of any material safety data sheets that were received with the shipment:  a) Facility, 250 Tradeport Road, Nanticoke, PA - Employees transported and handled packaged chemicals, such as but not limited to Nava Water Products Star Plus Chlorine Tablets, Natural Chemistry Pool Perfect Phos-Free, and Trico Products STA-BIL Fuel Stabilizer without access to the safety data sheets, on or about July 1, 2019.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification is required for this violation.
