29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a)  On or about July 2, 2019, at 1959 Whitewillow, Wesley Chapel, FL, employees installing plywood on a 5:12 pitched roof were exposed to an approximate 20 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used.    MORPHE CONSTRUCTION, LLC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1377329, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 04/01/2019, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3774 MELLON DR. ODESSA, FL 33556.   MORPHE CONSTRUCTION, LLC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1348193, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 04/01/2019, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 28758 LUCERO, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33543.
