29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Site: At the construction site (Lots 1 and 2) Cain's Way (a.k.a. Cain's Crossing) Southborough, MA 01772 on 7/2/2019, and at times earlier, employees engaged in framing activities were working at heights greater than 6 feet and were exposed to falls from unprotected wall openings and open floor holes which were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employees provided with alternative fall protection measures.
